Disappointed
I have been a Minimed user for 14 years. My loyalty has never faltered. Today that changed.
Apple just released an iOS update- you could of at least sent a mass email to all the pre-purchased buyers and told them to not do the update.
Or you could just be with the times and update the software accordingly.
Your not compatible with the iwatch.

My family cant view my info in real time like promised they have to log into care link, why cant they access data directly from this app?
Cant bolus suspend or do any treatment from phone/app. I get where this part is FDA stuff but the rest is a lack of tech savvy experts. How is dexcom years ahead of you guys Im so heart broken literally have been looking forward to this all summer and now I cant even use it.
Not worth $199 I feel lied to an scammed this isnt what you promised us.
