Needs upgrades/to work on Apple Watch

Pricey for Bluetooth transmitter!
I was really expecting more; I.e. Alarms, etc.,etc. But most of all being able to interface with my Apple Watch , so all I would need would be to glance at watch for current glucose readings. Nada! Only have app for phone. Upgrade app to work in Apple Watch and Im happy
(Had to wait years for Medtronic to finally make "care link" compatible with Mac s system. Dont know what they have against Apple)
